Graham Engineering Acquires Kennedy Tool & Die and Announces Extension of its Lifecycle Management to Include Molds & Tooling

Graham Engineering Company, LLC (“GEC”) and Kennedy Tool & Die, Inc. (“Kennedy”) announce that GEC has acquired Kennedy, a leading precision manufacturer of molds and tooling used in blow molding, rim molding, and thermoforming.  The acquisition of this skilled team of engineers, tool makers, and machinists will accelerate GEC’s ability to support customers throughout the life of their extrusion equipment.

As a brand of GEC, Kennedy will continue to operate in Birdsboro, PA, and will provide key contributions to GEC’s aftermarket business, with Steve Kennedy as Director of Operations and Scott Kroll as Director of Business Development.
