March 17, 2020 David Schroeder, president and CEO of Graham Engineering Corporation, has appointed Paul Lemmers vice president of operations. In this role, Mr. Lemmers will have responsibility for quoting, planning, supply chain, assembly, and project management for all of the company’s product lines and its 157,000 square foot (14,585 square meters) facility in York, Pennsylvania. “Paul’s lean expertise coupled with his leadership philosophy make him a strong addition to the Graham Engineering team,” said Mr. Schroeder. Mr. Lemmers joins Graham Engineering Corporation following a 19-year career at Danaher/Fortive Corporation where he served in senior operations roles of progressing responsibility in four of its businesses. Prior to his career with Danaher/Fortive, he was Facilities Engineering Manager at Lear Corporation. He also served for 5 years as a Nuclear Power Officer, Submarines, in the U.S. Navy following his graduation from the Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program. Paul Lemmers holds a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from Texas Tech. He is a Six Sigma Black with additional certifications including Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Value Mapping, Daily Management, and Problem Solving.
