Chad Brenneman

Chad Brenneman is the Vice President of Human Resources of the Graham Engineering Company, LLC.  Prior to joining Graham Engineering in 2018, Chad served as the Director of Human Resources for CP Flexible Packaging, Inc. from 2001 – to 2017.  Chad has over 20 years of Human Resources Management and Strategic Leadership experience across the flexible packaging, food service, financial services, and healthcare industries focusing on the areas of mergers & acquisitions, employee and labor relations, and organizational development.  Previously, Chad served as Director of Human Resources for Advantage Engineers, Manager of Human Resources for Oberthur Card Systems, Manager of Human Resources for Auntie Anne’s, Inc., and Human Resources Representative for Hahnemann University Hospital.  Chad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Widener University.  Chad is married with two children and resides in Willow Street, PA.
