Jennifer Guarriello, Spare Parts Manager, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in spare parts management. With a career spanning over 19 years, Jennifer has consistently demonstrated her expertise and dedication at Graham Engineering.

Jennifer began her journey with GEC in August 2004, where she initially worked in the accounting department. During her tenure in accounting, she honed her analytical skills and gained a deep understanding of financial processes and operations. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail allowed her to excel in this role, establishing a solid foundation for her future endeavors.

In 2017, Jennifer transitioned to the position of Spare Parts Representative, where she quickly proved her ability to navigate the intricate landscape of spare parts management. Her customer service skills and technical knowledge enabled her to effectively address customer needs and ensure timely and accurate delivery of spare parts.

Recognizing her exceptional performance and leadership potential, Jennifer was promoted to Spare Parts Manager in 2021. As a manager, she has consistently exhibited strong organizational skills and an innate ability to motivate her team. Her strategic approach to spare parts inventory management has improved efficiency and cost savings for the company.

Outside of her professional life, Jennifer finds immense joy in her role as a mother and stepmother. She is the proud mother of two sons, aged 19 and 15, and two stepdaughters, aged 27 and 25. With her expanding family, Jennifer eagerly anticipates the arrival of her first grandchild this fall, which promises to bring even more love and happiness into her life.

Jennifer enjoys exploring the great outdoors through hiking and gardening in her free time. She finds solace and inspiration in nature, and these activities allow her to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Furthermore, Jennifer cherishes spending quality time with her family, as they form the foundation of her happiness and support.
