Paul Lemmers

Paul is the Vice President, Operations of the Graham Engineering Company, LLC. He has responsibility for quoting, planning, supply chain, assembly, and project management for all the company’s product lines and its 157,000 square foot (14,585 square meter) facility in York, Pennsylvania.  With more than twenty-five years of leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and project management Paul has served in a variety of industries including defense, textiles, electronics, and engineered to order machinery.  Prior to joining Graham Engineering Corporation, Paul spent 19 years at Danaher/Fortive Corporation where he served in senior operations roles of progressing responsibility in four of its businesses. Prior to his career with Danaher/Fortive, he was Facilities Engineering Manager at Lear Corporation. He also served for 5 years as a Nuclear Power Officer, Submarines, in the U.S. Navy following his graduation from the Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program.  Paul Lemmers holds a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from Texas Tech University. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt with additional certifications including Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping,  Daily Management, and Problem Solving. Paul is married and resides in Lancaster, PA.
